  • Overview

    SCCI is seeking a qualified candidate to support the Air Force Special Operations command (AFSOC) in establishing and maintaining a customized Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Record Store (LRS). This position is located at Hurlburt Field near Fort Walton Beach, FL and is in support of future work.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply military experience to analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives for operation and maintenance of the LMS and LRS
    • Manage the customization and deployment of a cloud-based LMS and LRS with a web application (i.e., website) and mobile application
    • Manage the development of training templates for process workflows defined by Air Force Training Standards
    • Define and manage milestones and deliverables as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills and Qualifications:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
    • Bachelors Degree
    • At least five years of program or project management experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Logical problem solving skills
    • Attention to detail in the areas of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
    • Available to support Program Relocation or Travel requirements as needed

    Preferred Skill and Experience:

    • US Air Force experience and Air Force Training Standards
    • Experience with Moodle LMS, LRS, and SCORM
    • Cloud-based technology, specifically Amazon Web Services
    • Mobile applications knowledge
    • Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge
