    SCCI is currently recruiting for a talented Program Analyst to work as a member of the H30 Engineering Services contract at Naval Surface Warfare - Dahlgren. This position will be supporting the H30 and H32 Program Offices and is located in Dahlgren, VA

    Responsibilities

    • Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects. 
    • Performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs.
    • Analyzing information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. 
    • Analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security.
    • Developing management or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology. 
    • Analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.
    • Develop and revise process documents.
    • Facilitate communication flow within internal team and external customers.

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills, Experience, and Education/Certifications:

    • Must be a US Citizen and must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance 
    • Five (5) years of general experience which includes four (4) years of specialized experience in analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives.
    • Experience managing financial budget for Navy programs.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Self-starter with strong financial skills and ability to adapt to changes.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
    • Proven Department of Navy (DoN) Program Analysis Experience.
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning.

     

    Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education/Certification:

     

        • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
