Overview

SCCI is looking for a Systems Analyst to participate on a team of Subject Matter Experts collecting and analyzing system and software design data to be provided to the U.S. Army Mission Command systems product developers.  These systems include Tactical Mission Command (TMC), and Strategic Mission Command (SMC). This position is located in our Austin Texas office and is available immediately. 

Responsibilities

The Systems Analyst Subject Matter Expert will:

  • Setup, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) and Command Post of the Future (CPOF)
  • Monitor system development activities, analyze and evaluate all system enhancements and change candidates for impacts to training and technical documentation products
  • Research design and interface documentation working closely with the product developers to ensure accurate and comprehensive source data collection
  • Interface with developers through review boards and working groups to provide subject matter expertise
  • Ensure system changes and modifications are reflected in training and technical documentation products
  • Assist in maintaining systems to support product development efforts to include verification and validation events
  • Review system changes and design specifications that may potentially impact system operations or maintenance and develop procedures



Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND HAVE AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE
  • Expertise/experience with the Project Manager - Mission Command suite of systems is required. Specifically:
    • Tactical Mission Command (TMC)
    • Strategic Mission Command (SMC)
  • Experience in system engineering, test and evaluation, or development/management of logistics products including curricula development, training conduct, or development of system documentation for the end user
  • Ability to effectively interface with the Government customer, engineers, programmers, and active duty personnel
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel are required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree. Experience may be considered in lieu of college degree
